Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the One-Way Traffic (Belfast) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 10th April 1996.
Amendment
2. Schedule 2 to the One-Way Traffic (Belfast) Order (Northern Ireland) 1986(1) shall be amended by the addition thereto of the following items—

| The new link road, from its junction with Saintfield Road to its junction with the new roundabout at Purdysburn Road | Westerly from Saintfield Road” |
