“(f)the HCA.”.

Section 216 was amended by section 26 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009, paragraph 45 of Schedule 16, paragraph 16 of Schedule 17 and paragraph 57 of Schedule 19 to the Localism Act 2011.
