3.—(1) The Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) Regulations 1973(1) and the Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 1973(2) apply to the substances and products listed in the Schedule to this Order.
(2) The Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001(3) apply to the substances and products listed in the Schedule to this Order as if those substances and products were specified in Schedule 1 to those Regulations.
(3) The Misuse of Drugs Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002(4) apply to the substances and products listed in the Schedule to this Order as if those substances and products were specified in Schedule 1 to those Regulations.
