There are currently no known outstanding effects for The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 2012, Section 1.
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 2012 and, subject to paragraph (2), comes into force on 10th September 2012.
(2) Articles 4 to 9 of this Order come into force on 10th September 2012 immediately after the commencement of section 66 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012(1).
(3) In this Order “the Act” means the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.
(4) This Order extends to England and Wales.
