Repeal of sections 10 to 13 of the Act

23.  Omit section 10(1) (experience required for full registration by virtue of primary United Kingdom qualifications), section 11(2) (provisions supplementary to section 10, etc.), section 12(3) (special provisions as to employment in health centres) and section 13(4) (power to appoint visitors of approved hospitals).
