35(1)In section 48(9) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982, for “subsections (1) and (2) of section 209 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” and “section 198 of the said Act of 1972” substitute respectively “ subsections (1) to (4) of section 212 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 ” and “ section 202 of the said Act of 1997 ”.U.K.
(2)In section 51 of that Act—
(a)in subsection (2)(b), for “section 227(2), (3), (5) and (6) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “ section 233(2) to (5), (7) and (8) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 ”;
