2.—(1) 11th May 2015 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 5(1) and (2) of the Act (local authority arrangements for residential accommodation outwith Scotland) for the limited purpose of enabling regulations to be made.
(2) 24th June 2015 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 5 of the Act so far as then not in force.
