[F1Article 4U.K. National supervisory [F2authority]
1.[F3The Secretary of State] shall F4... either nominate or establish a body or bodies as [F5the] national supervisory authority in order to assume the tasks assigned to such authority under this Regulation and under the measures referred to in Article 3.
2.The national supervisory [F6authority] shall be independent of air navigation service providers. This independence shall be achieved through adequate separation, at the functional level at least, between the national supervisory [F6authority] and such providers.
3.[F7The national supervisory authority] shall exercise [F8its] powers [F9under this Regulation and under the measures referred to in Article 3] impartially, independently and transparently. F10...
