186.Pan fo Rhan 2 yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i gorff llywodraethu neu awdurdod lleol roi dogfen i berson neu hysbysu person, neu pan fo’n awdurdodi corff llywodraethu neu awdurdod lleol i wneud hynny, caniateir iddo gael ei wneud drwy’r dulliau danfon a restrir yn yr adran hon. Dim ond pan fo’r person wedi nodi ei fod yn dymuno cael hysbysiadau neu ddogfennau yn electronig ac wedi darparu cyfeiriad addas y caiff hysbysiadau neu ddogfennau gael eu danfon yn electronig.
