Rheoliadau Arbelydru Bwyd (Cymru) 2009

8.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Arbelydru Bwyd (Cymru) 2009(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn rheoliad 3(1)—

(a)yn y diffiniad o “mewnforio”, yn lle “o Aelod-wladwriaeth arall neu o wlad arall y tu allan i’r Undeb Ewropeaidd” rhodder “o’r tu allan i’r Deyrnas Unedig”;

(b)yn y diffiniad o “rhif cyfeirnod swyddogol”, yn lle “rhif cyfeirnod a ddyrennir gan yr Aelod-wladwriaeth mewn cysylltiad â chael ei gymeradwyo fel cyfleuster arbelydru (sef y rhif a ddangosir ar ei gyfer yn y rhestr yn Atodlen 3)” rhodder “rhif a ddangosir ar ei gyfer yn y rhestr yn Atodlen 3”.

(3) Yn rheoliad 5(1)—

(a)Yn lle is-baragraff (b) rhodder—

“(b)ei fod wedi’i arbelydru yn un o’r cyfleusterau a restrir yn y Tabl yn Atodlen 3 neu Atodlen 4;”;

(b)Yn is-baragraff (ch), hepgorer “arall”.

(4) Yn lle’r pennawd i Atodlen 3, rhodder—

“RHESTR O GYFLEUSTERAU YN AELOD-WLADWRIAETHAU YR UE AC YN Y DEYRNAS UNEDIG”.

O.S. 2009/1795 (Cy. 162), a ddiwygiwyd gan O.S. 2011/1043, 2018/806 (Cy. 162); mae offeryn diwygio arall ond nid yw’n berthnasol i’r Rheoliadau hyn.
