1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Arolygon Etholiadau Lleol (Cymru) 2012.
(2) Bydd y Rheoliadau hyn yn dod i rym ar 31 Mawrth 2012.

2. Yn y Rheoliadau hyn—
ystyr “y Mesur” (“the Measure”) yw Mesur Llywodraeth Leol (Cymru) 2011.

3. At ddibenion adran 1(3)(a) o'r Mesur, mae'r cwestiynau a'r ffurf y maent i gael eu gofyn ynddi wedi eu dangos yn yr Atodlen.
