Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn pennu, o ran Cymru, ddangosyddion perfformiad y bydd perfformiad awdurdodau tân ac achub, wrth iddynt ymarfer eu swyddogaethau, yn cael eu mesur yn eu herbyn o 1 Ebrill 2011 ymlaen.
Mae erthygl 2 o'r Gorchymyn hwn yn pennu bod y dangosyddion perfformiad wedi eu nodi yn yr Atodlen i'r Gorchymyn hwn.
