The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 8(1) of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009(1), and having consulted those persons they are required, by section 8(3) of that Measure, to consult, hereby make the following Order.
Prospective
1.—(1) The title of this Order is The Fire and Rescue Authorities (Performance Indicators) (Wales) Order 2011.
(2) This Order applies to fire and rescue authorities in Wales and comes into force on 1 April 2011.

2. The performance indicators by reference to which the performance of each fire and rescue authority in Wales will be measured in exercising their functions are hereby specified in the Schedule.

This Order specifies for Wales performance indicators by reference to which the performance of fire and rescue authorities, in exercising their functions, will be measured from 1 April 2011.
Article 2 of this Order specifies that the performance indicators are set out in the Schedule to this Order.
