10.—(1) Yn rheoliad 11(a)(ii) o'r testun Saesneg, yn lle “institutional” rhodder “organisational”.
(2) Yn y testun Saesneg, yn lle Rhan II o'r Atodlen i Reoliadau 2000, rhodder y Rhan II a ddangosir yn yr Atodlen i'r Rheoliadau hyn.
(3) Nid oes dim yn y rheoliad hwn sy'n effeithio ar ddilysrwydd bathodyn—
(a)a roddwyd cyn bo'r Rheoliadau hyn wedi dod i rym; a
(b)a oedd mewn ffurf a oedd yn cydymffurfio â Rheoliadau 2000 ar yr adeg y'i rhoddwyd.
