12. At ddibenion Pennod 2 o Ran 2 o Ddeddf Adnoddau Dŵr 1991(1) (tynnu dŵr ymaith a'i gronni) ac adran 109 o'r Ddeddf honno (parthed strwythurau mewn cyrsiau dŵr neu throstynt neu oddi tanynt) fel mae'n gymwys i adeiladu unrhyw waith penodedig, bernir y bydd unrhyw ganiatâd neu gymeradwyaeth a roddir neu y bernir ei fod wedi ei roi gan Asiantaeth yr Amgylchedd o dan yr Atodlen hon mewn perthynas â'r cyfryw waith adeiladu hefyd yn drwydded o dan y Bennod honno i rwystro neu i atal llif dyfroedd mewndirol wrth y pwynt hwnnw drwy weithfeydd cronni neu, yn ôl y digwydd, yn ganiatâd neu'n gymeradwyaeth o dan adran 109, ac ni fydd raid i'r ymgymerwr gyflwyno unrhyw hysbysiad a fyddai fel arall yn ofynnol gan adran 30 o ddywededig Ddeddf 1991 (sy'n ymwneud ag adeiladu dyfrdyllau a chyffelyb weithfeydd nad oes angen trwydded ar eu cyfer).
