Talu swyddogion llywyddu mewn gorsafoedd pleidleisio
3.—(1) Mae'r paragraff hwn yn gwneud darpariaethau ar gyfer treuliau swyddog canlyniadau etholaeth mewn etholiad Cynulliad o ran talu swyddogion llywyddu mewn gorsafoedd pleidleisio.
(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i is-baragraffau (3) i (6), yr uchafswm y gellir ei adennill mewn etholiad Cynulliad am y treuliau a bennir yn is-baragraff (1) (gan gynnwys treuliau a dynnir o ran person sy'n ysgwyddo dyletswyddau swyddog llywyddu ar y diwrnod pleidleisio o ganlyniad i analluogrwydd y swyddog llywyddu a benodwyd eisoes) o ran y swyddog llywyddu ym mhob gorsaf bleidleisio yw £158.00.
(3) Mewn etholiad cyffredin caiff y swm a grybwyllir yn is-baragraff (2) ei gynyddu o £41.00 pan geir pleidleisio mewn perthynas ag etholaeth Cynulliad mewn etholiad etholaeth ac mewn etholiad rhanbarthol.
(4) Pan geir mewn lle pleidleisio fwy nag un orsaf bleidleisio caiff y swm a grybwyllir yn is-baragraff (2) ei gynyddu o £9.00 o ran un swyddog llywyddu yn unig yn y gorsafoedd pleidleisio yn y lle pleidleisio hwnnw.
(5) O ran swyddog llywyddu y mae is-baragraff (4) yn gymwys iddo caiff y swm a grybwyllir yn is-baragraff (2) ei gynyddu o £9.00 pan fo is-baragraff (3) hefyd yn gymwys.
(6) Caiff y swm a grybwyllir yn is-baragraff (2) ei gynyddu o £41.00 pan gaiff pleidleisio mewn etholiad Cynulliad ei gyfuno â'r pleidleisio mewn etholiad llywodraeth leol o dan erthygl 15(1) neu (2) o Orchymyn 2003.
