System olrhain arall ar gyfer anifeiliaid
3.—(1) Pan fydd anifail yn cael ei symud o un daliad i ddaliad arall yn y Deyrnas Unedig, caniateir i'r ceidwad gofnodi cod adnabod unigol yr anifail yn y gofrestr yn y daliad hwnnw ac yn y ddogfen symud fel dewis arall yn lle rhoi tag symud ar yr anifail.
(2) Yn yr achos hwn, pan symudir anifail i ddaliad, mae'n rhaid i'r ceidwad yn y daliad sy'n derbyn yr anifail gofnodi cod adnabod unigol yr anifail yn ei gofrestr.
