Anifeiliaid o Loegr neu'r Alban
18. Pan fydd anifail yn dod i mewn i Gymru o ddaliad yn Lloegr neu'r Alban mae'n rhaid i geidwad y daliad a fydd yn derbyn yr anifail yng Nghymru gofnodi'r un wybodaeth yn ei gofrestr yn union fel pe bai'r anifail wedi dod o ddaliad yng Nghymru ac at y dibenion hyn—
(a)dehonglir “nod y ddiadell”(“flockmark”) a “nod yr eifre” (“herdmark”) fel nod y ddiadell neu nod yr eifre a ddyrannwyd yn Lloegr neu'r Alban gan yr awdurdod cymwys; a
(b)dehonglir “tag symud”(“movement tag”) fel y tag symud a gymeradwywyd yn Lloegr neu'r Alban gan yr awdurdod cymwys gyda'r cod a bennwyd gan yr awdurdod cymwys.
