18. When an animal is brought into Wales from a holding in England or Scotland the keeper at the holding of destination in Wales must enter the same information in his or her register as if the animal had been brought from a holding in Wales and for these purposes—
(a)“flockmark”(“nod y ddiadell”) and “herdmark” (“nod yr eifre”) are to be construed as a flockmark or herdmark allocated in England or Scotland by the competent authority; and
(b)“movement tag”(“tag symud”) is to be construed as the movement tag approved in England or Scotland by the competent authority and bearing the code specified by the competent authority.
