Dirymiadau a darpariaethau trosiannol
37.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraffau (2) a (3), mae'r canlynol wedi'u dirymu—
(a)Gorchymyn Adnabod a Symud Defaid a Geifr (Mesurau Dros Dro) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) 2002(1);
(b)Gorchymyn Adnabod a Symud Defaid a Geifr (Mesurau Dros Dro) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) (Diwygio) 2003(2); ac
(c)Gorchymyn Adnabod a Symud Defaid a Geifr (Mesurau Dros Dro) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) (Diwygio Rhif 2) 2003 (3).
(2) Bydd darpariaethau Gorchymyn Adnabod a Symud Defaid a Geifr (Mesurau Dros Dro) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) 2002 sy'n ymwneud â nodi anifeiliaid ar y fferm eni yn parhau i fod yn gymwys o ran unrhyw anifail a anwyd ar neu cyn 9 Gorffennaf 2005.
(3) Bydd darpariaethau Gorchymyn Adnabod a Symud Defaid a Geifr (Mesurau Dros Dro) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) 2002 sy'n ymwneud â nodi anifeiliaid sydd wedi eu mewnforio i ddaliad o'r tu allan i'r Undeb Ewropeaidd yn parhau i fod yn gymwys o ran unrhyw anifail a fewnforiwyd o'r tu allan i'r Undeb Ewropeaidd ar neu cyn 9 Gorffennaf 2005.
