Tynnu dull adnabod neu roi un newydd yn ei le
12.—(1) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson dynnu neu roi un newydd yn lle'r dull gwreiddiol o adnabod anifail sy'n dod o Aelod—wladwriaeth arall yn groes i Erthygl 4(5) o Reoliad y Cyngor.
(2) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson fynd yn groes neu fethu â chydymffurfio ag Erthygl 4(6)(paragraff cyntaf) o Reoliad y Cyngor.
(3) Gall unrhyw berson a gyhuddir o fynd yn groes i Erthygl 4(5) neu 4(6) o Reoliad y Cyngor neu sy'n methu â chydymffurfio â'r Erthyglau hynny amddiffyn ei hun trwy brofi bod—
(a)dull o adnabod wedi cael ei dynnu i atal poen neu ddioddefaint diangen i anifail; a
(b)y rhoddwyd dull newydd o adnabod yn ei le gyda'r un cod ar yr anifail cyn gynted ag y bo'n bosibl.
