Mae Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd iddo gan adrannau 16(1)(b),(c),(d),(e) ac (f), 17(1), 26, 45, 48(1) a 49(2) o Ddeddf Diogelwch Bwyd 1990(1) a pharagraffau 5(1), (2) a (3) a 6(1)(a) o Atodlen 1 iddi, ar ôl iddo ystyried y cyngor perthnasol a roddwyd gan yr Asiantaeth Safonau Bwyd yn unol ag adran 48(4A) o'r Ddeddf honno ac ar ôl iddo, yn unol ag adran 48(4) a (4B) o'r Ddeddf honno, ymgynghori ac (i'r graddau na ellid bod wedi gwneud y Rheoliadau hyn o dan Ddeddf Diogelwch Bwyd 1990) gan ei fod wedi'i ddynodi(2) at ddibenion adran 2(2) o Ddeddf y Cymunedau Ewropeaidd 1972(3) mewn perthynas â pholisi amaethyddol cyffredin y Gymuned Ewropeaidd, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd iddo gan adran 2(2), yn gwneud y Rheoliadau canlynol:

Enwi, cymhwyso a chychwyn

1.  Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Cig (Hylendid) (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2000, byddant yn gymwys i Gymru yn unig a deuant i rym ar 31 Gorffennaf 2000.

Diwygiad i Reoliadau Cynhyrchion Cig (Hylendid) 1994

2.—(1Diwygir Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Cig (Hylendid) 1994(4)) yn unol â pharagraff (2) isod i'r graddau y maent yn gymwys i Gymru.

(2Rhoddir y paragraff canlynol yn lle paragraff 2(a) o Ran IX o Atodlen 2—

2.(a) The meat product to be used in the prepared meal shall as soon as it has been cooked —

(i)be mixed with the other ingredients as soon as practically possible; in that event the time during which the temperature of the meat products is between 10°C and 60°C shall not exceed two hours,

(ii)be refrigerated to 10°C or less before being mixed with the other ingredients, or

(iii)be cooled and mixed with the other ingredients in such a way (to be specified in the approval document for the establishment concerned) that the timing during which the temperature of the meat product is between 10°C and 60°C is kept to a minimum;.

1.  Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys i Gymru yn unig. Maent yn diwygio —

(a)Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Cig (Hylendid) 1994 (O.S. 1994/3082, fel y'u diwygiwyd); a

(b)Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion sy'n Tarddu o Anifeiliaid (Mewnforio ac Allforio 1996 (O.S. 1996/3124)

yn y naill achos a'r llall i'r graddau y maent yn gymwys i Gymru (mae O.S. 1994/3082 ac O.S. 1999/3124 ill dau yn gymwys i Brydain Fawr gyfan).

2.  Effaith y diwygiadau uchod yw caniatáu trydydd dull o baratoi bwydydd parod ar sail cig o 31 Gorffennaf 2000 ymlaen yn unol â phwynt 2(a) o Bennod IX o Atodiad B i Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 77/99/EEC (a fewnosodwyd gan Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 95/68/EC, OJ Rhif L332, 30.12.95, t.10).
