The Secretary of State has received an application to authorise the Great Place (England) joint scheme by the bodies proposing to participate in that scheme, namely the Arts Council of England and the Trustees of the National Heritage Memorial Fund.
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 2(1) and 3 of Schedule 3A to the National Lottery etc. Act 1993(1), makes the following Order:
1993 c. 39. Schedule 3A was inserted by section 12(3) of, and Schedule 3 to, the National Lottery Act 1998 (c. 22).
