Section 25(1) sets out the provisions of the Act that will commence on Royal Assent. Subsections (2) and (3) set out the provisions of the Act that will, for certain purposes, commence on Royal Assent. Section 25(4) sets out that the remaining provisions will commence on the day or days appointed by regulations and different days may be appointed for different purposes.
