Article 154U.K.The United Kingdom's guarantee under the successive EDF Internal Agreements
The United Kingdom shall remain liable in respect of its guarantees under Article 9 of the 4th EDF Internal Agreement(1), Article 8 of the 5th(2), 6th(3), 7th(4) and 8th EDF Internal Agreement(5), Article 6 of the 9th EDF Internal Agreement(6) and Article 4 of the 10th(7) and 11th EDF Internal Agreement.
The United Kingdom shall remain entitled to its share of any amounts recovered under the terms of the Member States' guarantees and to the balance of its Member State Call Account. The United Kingdom's share referred to in this subparagraph shall be in proportion to its respective participation in each guarantee agreement.
