THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,
Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,
Whereas:
(1) On 26 July 2010, the Council adopted Decision 2010/413/CFSP(1) concerning restrictive measures against Iran.
(2) In accordance with Article 26(3) of Decision 2010/413/CFSP, the Council has reviewed the list of designated persons and entities set out in Annex II to that Decision.
(3) The Council has concluded that the restrictive measures against all persons and entities in the list set out in Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP should be maintained, in so far as their names are not mentioned in Annex VI to that Decision, and that 10 entries included in Annex II should be updated.
(4) Decision 2010/413/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP is amended as set out in the Annex to this Decision.
This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
