Mae’r datblygiadau a ganlyn yn brosiectau seilwaith arwyddocaol—
(a)fforio, arfarnu neu gynhyrchu methan haen lo, olew siâl neu nwy siâl gan ddefnyddio hollti hydrolig yng Nghymru neu yn ardal forol Cymru, ac eithrio gwneud tyllau turio fforiol at ddiben samplu craidd mewn modd nad yw’n golygu cynnal hollti hydrolig;
