XII.Goods imported and exported again in Twelve Months (Exception) whole Duties to be repaid without Fee, on Oath of Merchant and Certificate by Officer that Entry has been made and Duty paid; No Drawback to be allowed on exporting Foreign wrought Silks, &c. unless exported in Time, &c. and then the whole Duties to be repaid.
XV.Papists and others charged by the said Act with Double Rates to pay 2s. in the Pound additional.
XVI.Commissioners under c. 6. ante (see § 12.) to be Commissioners for executing this Act.
XVII.The Times and Manner in which the said Rate of 1s. and Double Rate of 2s. in the Pound is to be collected.
XIX.Recital that the Treasury may have contracted with Persons for circulating Bills for the said £1,500,000 as may have been refused.
XX.Treasury enabled to make such Contracts for exchanging Bills for the said £1,200,000 as may be refused.; Terms of such Contracts.
XXI.Proviso as to cancelling Bills as well for the said £1,500,000 as for the said £1,200,000 which shall not be cancelled by the Produce of the Supplies granted for the War in 1697 by the 25 March 1698, and for the Discharge of Persons from their said Contracts in respect of the Bills for the said £1,200,000.
XXII.Until Proclamation of such Contracts the said Bills for £1,200,000 shall be current in the Supplies for the War of 1697 only.
XXIII.Forging Bills or knowingly tendering or demanding Money on such Bills.
