Diwygio Penderfyniad Gweithredu’r Comisiwn (EU) 2017/2450

14.—(1) Mae Penderfyniad Gweithredu’r Comisiwn (EU) 2017/2450 sy’n awdurdodi rhoi ar y farchnad gynhyrchion sy’n cynnwys ffa soia a addaswyd yn enetig DAS-44406-6, neu sydd wedi eu cyfansoddi neu eu cynhyrchu o’r ffa soia hynny, yn unol â Rheoliad (EC) Rhif 1829/2003 Senedd Ewrop a’r Cyngor ar fwyd a bwyd anifeiliaid a addaswyd yn enetig(1) wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn Erthygl 7 (deiliad yr awdurdodiad)—

(a)yn lle’r pennawd rhodder—

“Authorisation holders”;

(b)yn lle’r testun rhodder—

“The authorisation holders are Corteva Agriscience LLC, United States of America, and M.S. Technologies LLC, United States of America, both represented in Great Britain by Corteva Agriscience UK Limited.”

(3) Yn Erthygl 9 (y derbynnydd)—

(a)yn lle’r pennawd rhodder—

“Addressees”;

(b)yn lle’r testun rhodder—

“This Decision is addressed to Corteva Agriscience LLC, 9330 Zionsville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46268-1054, United States of America, and to M.S. Technologies LLC, 103 Avenue D, West Point, IA 52656, United States of America, both represented in Great Britain by Corteva Agriscience UK Limited, Cpc2 Capital Park, Fulbourn, Cambridge, CB21 5XE, United Kingdom.”

(4) Yn yr Atodiad, yn lle pwynt (a) (deiliad yr awdurdodiad) rhodder—

“(a) Authorisation holders:

(1) The authorisation holders are—
