7.  Yn Rheoliadau Deunyddiau ac Eitemau mewn Cysylltiad â Bwyd (Cymru) 2012(1), yn rheoliad 12(2), yn lle’r geiriau o “nhabl 1” hyd at y diwedd rhodder “Nhabl 1 o Atodlen 6 ac yn ddarostyngedig i’r cyfyngiadau yn y Tabl hwnnw”.

8.  Yn Rheoliadau Ychwanegion, Cyflasynnau, Ensymau a Thoddyddion Echdynnu Bwyd (Cymru) 2013(2), yn rheoliad 2(1), yn y diffiniad o “Rheoliadau’r UE a ddargedwir”—

(a)yn y testun Cymraeg, yn lle “(“the EU Regulations”)” rhodder “(“the retained EU Regulations”)”;

(b)yn y testun Saesneg, ar ôl ““the retained EU Regulations”” mewnosoder “(“Rheoliadau’r UE a ddargedwir”)”.

Diwygio Rheoliadau Bwyd Anifeiliaid (Cyfansoddiad, Marchnata a Defnydd) (Cymru) 2016

9.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Bwyd Anifeiliaid (Cyfansoddiad, Marchnata a Defnydd) (Cymru) 2016(3) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn Atodlen 1B, yn Nhabl 1, yn y testun Cymraeg, yn y cofnod ar gyfer “1. Arsenig”, yn yr ail golofn, yn lle “deunyddiau blawd”, ym mhob lle y mae’n digwydd, rhodder “deunyddiau bwyd anifeiliaid”.

O.S. 2012/2705 (Cy. 291), a ddiwygiwyd gan O.S. 2022/1362 (Cy. 273); mae offerynnau diwygio eraill ond nid yw’r un ohonynt yn berthnasol.

O.S. 2013/2591 (Cy. 255), a ddiwygiwyd gan O.S. 2022/1362 (Cy. 273); mae offerynnau diwygio eraill ond nid yw’r un ohonynt yn berthnasol.
