Hysbysiad o adeiladu etc.
32.—(1) Mae’r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys i unrhyw seilo neu system storio slyri y mae ei adeiladu neu ei hadeiladu i ddechrau ar neu ar ôl 28 Ebrill 2021 (“storfa newydd neu storfa wedi ei gwella”).
(2) Rhaid i berson sy’n bwriadu cael silwair neu slyri dan ei ofal neu ei reolaeth, a hwnnw i gael ei gadw mewn storfa newydd neu storfa wedi ei gwella, roi i CANC hysbysiad yn pennu’r math o seilo neu system storio a’i leoliad neu ei lleoliad, o leiaf 14 o ddiwrnodau cyn y mae gwaith adeiladu’r storfa newydd neu storfa wedi ei gwella, i ddechrau.
(3) Yn y rheoliad hwn, mae “adeiladu” yn cynnwys ehangu’n sylweddol ac ailadeiladu’n sylweddol.
