11. An order under section 251(1) of the 1990 Act (1) (order extinguishing public rights of way over land held for planning purposes).

Section 251(1) has effect as if a National Park Authority were a local authority for the purposes of the 1990 Act, by virtue of section 65 of, and paragraph 2(3) of Schedule 8 to, the Environment Act 1995 (c. 25).
