3. Yn y Gorchymyn hwn ystyr “y grefydd neu’r enwad crefyddol perthnasol” (“the relevant religion or religious denomination”) yw’r grefydd neu’r enwad crefyddol y mae’n ofynnol, neu y gall fod yn ofynnol, darparu addysg grefyddol mewn ysgol yn unol â’i daliadau neu â’i ddaliadau yn unol ag Atodlen 19 i Ddeddf Safonau a Fframwaith Ysgolion 1998(1).
