2.—(1) 10 Gorffennaf 2013 yw’r diwrnod penodedig ar gyfer dwyn i rym y darpariaethau canlynol, i’r graddau y maent yn gymwys i Gymru—
(a)adran 318 (safleoedd cartrefi symudol gwarchodedig i gynnwys safleoedd ar gyfer sipsiwn a theithwyr) of the 2008 Act;
(b)adran 321(1) (diddymiadau) o Ddeddf 2008 ac Atodlen16 iddi, i’r graddau y mae a wnelont â’r diddymiadau canlynol—
