Dibenion ychwanegol y caniateir prosesu gwybodaeth ar eu cyfer

7.—(1) Caniateir prosesu ymhellach wybodaeth a gesglir yn unol â'r Rheoliadau hyn gan Weinidogion Cymru neu ar eu rhan neu gan Fwrdd Iechyd Lleol neu ar ei ran gyda golwg ar —

(a)ei rhyddhau, ynghyd â deunydd cynghorol ynghylch pwysau plant, i riant plentyn perthnasol y mae'r wybodaeth yn ymwneud ag ef;

(b)rhoi cyngor i riant plentyn perthnasol ynghylch gwybodaeth o'r fath;

(c)rhyddhau'r wybodaeth i broffesiynolyn iechyd perthnasol i'w defnyddio yn unol ag arferion da i ddarparu gofal a thriniaeth i blentyn penodol;

(ch)rhyddhau'r wybodaeth, ar ffurf nad yw'n caniatáu i'r plentyn gael ei adnabod, i'w defnyddio yn unol ag arferion da ar gyfer gwaith cadw golwg, ymchwilio, monitro neu archwilio ac ar gyfer cynllunio gwasanaethau iechyd.

(2) Caniateir rhyddhau gwybodaeth a gesglir ac a brosesir ymhellach yn unol â'r Rheoliadau hyn gan Weinidogion Cymru neu ar eu rhan i Fwrdd Iechyd Lleol gyda golwg ar —

(a)ei rhyddhau, ynghyd â deunydd cynghorol ynghylch pwysau plant i riant plentyn perthnasol y mae'r wybodaeth yn ymwneud ag ef;

(b)rhoi cyngor i riant plentyn perthnasol ynghylch gwybodaeth o'r fath;

(c)rhyddhau'r wybodaeth i broffesiynolyn iechyd perthnasol i'w defnyddio yn unol ag arferion da i ddarparu gofal a thriniaeth i blentyn penodol;

(ch)rhyddhau'r wybodaeth, ar ffurf nad yw'n caniatáu i'r plentyn gael ei adnabod, i'w defnyddio yn unol ag arferion da ar gyfer gwaith cadw golwg, ymchwilio, monitro neu archwilio ac ar gyfer cynllunio gwasanaethau iechyd.
