Dehongli'r Rhan hon
6.—(1) Yn y Rhan hon, mae cyfeiriad at eitem â rhif yn gyfeiriad at yr eitem â'r rhif hwnnw yn adran 66(1) o'r Ddeddf.
(2) Yn Rhan hon—
(a)mae cyfeiriad at “ddyddodiad” yn gyfeiriad at ddyddodiad sy'n dod o fewn eitem 1 (dyddodion o fewn ardal drwyddedu forol y DU etc), eitem 2 (dyddodion o longau etc Prydeinig mewn unrhyw fan ar y môr etc), eitem 3 (dyddodiad o gerbyd, llong etc a lwythwyd yn y Deyrnas Unedig ac eithrio'r Alban neu ardal drwyddedu forol y DU) neu, ac eithrio pan ddarperir fel arall, eitem 10 (dyddodi ffrwydron o fewn ardal drwyddedu forol y DU etc);
(b)mae cyfeiriad at “weithgaredd treillio” yn gyfeiriad at weithgaredd sy'n dod o fewn eitem 9 (cynnal unrhyw ffurf o dreillio o fewn ardal drwyddedu forol y DU);
(c)mae cyfeiriad at “weithgaredd symud” yn gyfeiriad at weithgaredd sy'n dod o fewn eitem 8 (defnyddio cerbyd, llong etc i symud sylwedd neu wrthrych oddi ar wely'r môr o fewn ardal drwyddedu forol y DU);
(ch)mae cyfeiriad at “weithgaredd gweithiau” yn gyfeiriad at weithgaredd sy'n dod o fewn eitem 7 (adeiladu, newid neu wella gweithiau o fewn ardal drwyddedu forol y DU etc).
