Coming into force
The Welsh Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 21(3) and 131 of the Education Act 20021 and now vested in them, and after consulting in accordance with section 131(7) of the Education Act 2002 such associations of local authorities in Wales, local authorities in Wales, bodies representing the interests of governing bodies in Wales and bodies representing the interests of teachers in Wales as appear to them to be appropriate, make the following Regulations:
