Rheoliadau Cyllidebau AALl, Cyllidebau Ysgolion a Chyllidebau Ysgolion Unigol (Cymru) 2003

12.—(1) Diwygir Rheoliadau Cyllidebau AALl, Cyllidebau Ysgolion a Chyllidebau Ysgolion Unigol (Cymru) 2003(1) fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn nheitl y Rheoliadau yn lle “Cyllidebau AALl” rhodder “Cyllidebau Addysg nad ydynt ar gyfer Ysgolion”.

(3) Yn rheoliad 1(1) yn lle “Cyllidebau AALl” rhodder “Cyllidebau Addysg nad ydynt ar gyfer Ysgolion”.

(4) Yn rheoliad 2 yn lle “awdurdod addysg lleol” ym mhob man lle y mae'r geiriau hynny'n digwydd rhodder “awdurdod lleol”.

(5) Yn rheoliad 4 yn lle “awdurdod addysg lleol” ym mhob man lle y mae'r geiriau hynny'n digwydd heblaw yn yr ail is-baragraff (a) ym mharagraff (2) rhodder “awdurdod lleol”.

(6) Yn rheoliad 4(2) yn yr ail is-baragraff (a) yn lle “ar gyllideb AALl yr awdurdod addysg lleol” rhodder “ar gyllideb addysg awdurdod lleol nad yw ar gyfer ysgolion”.

(7) Yn lle'r pennawd ar gyfer rheoliad 5 rhodder—

  • “Y Gyllideb Addysg nad yw ar gyfer Ysgolion”

(8) Yn rheoliad 5(1)—

(a)yn lle “awdurdod addysg lleol” yn y lle cyntaf y mae'r geiriau hynny'n digwydd rhodder “awdurdod lleol”; a

(b)yn lle “ar gyllideb AALl awdurdod addysg lleol” rhodder “ar gyllideb addysg awdurdod lleol nad yw ar gyfer ysgolion”.

(9) Yn rheoliad 6 yn lle “awdurdod addysg lleol” rhodder “awdurdod lleol”.

(10) Yn y pennawd i Atodlen 1 yn lle “CYLLIDEB AALl AWDURDOD ADDYSG LLEOL” rhodder “CYLLIDEB ADDYSG AWDURDOD LLEOL NAD YW AR GYFER YSGOLION”.

(11) Yn Atodlen 1—

(a)ym mharagraff 18 yn lle “awdurdod addysg lleol” rhodder “awdurdod lleol”;

(b)ym mharagraff 19 yn lle “yn rhinwedd ei swyddogaeth fel awdurdod addysg lleol” rhodder “mewn cysylltiad â'i swyddogaethau addysg”.

(12) Yn y pennawd i Atodlen 2 yn lle “AWDURDOD ADDYSG LLEOL” rhodder “AWDURDOD LLEOL”.

(13) Yn Atodlen 2, ym mharagraff 9, 10, 18 a 21 yn lle “awdurdod addysg lleol” ym mhob man lle y mae'r geiriau hynny'n digwydd rhodder “awdurdod lleol”.
