Regulation 2

“SCHEDULE 1SPECIFIED FEED LAW

  • Part IV of the Agriculture Act 1970, in so far as it relates to animal feeding stuffs

  • The Feed (Hygiene and Enforcement) (Wales) Regulations 2005

  • The Feeding Stuffs (Wales) Regulations 2006

  • The Official Feed and Food Controls (Wales) Regulations 2009 in so far as they relate to feed

  • Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Aauthority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety, in so far as it relates to feed

  • Regulation (EC) No. 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council on additives for use in animal nutrition

  • Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules, in so far as it relates to feed

  • Regulation (EC) No. 183/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down requirements for feed hygiene

  • Regulation (EC) 669/2009 implementing Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the increased level of official controls on imports of certain feed and food of non-animal origin and amending Decision 2006/504/EC, in so far as it relates to feed.”.
