Yr hawl i apelio o ran hysbysiadau a gyflwynir o dan reoliad 32
33.—(1) Caiff unrhyw berson a dramgwyddir gan benderfyniad swyddog awdurdodedig i awdurdod gorfodi i gyflwyno hysbysiad o dan reoliad 32 apelio i lys ynadon.
(2) Pan wneir apêl i lys ynadon o dan baragraff (1), y weithdrefn fydd ei gwneud ar ffurf achwyniad i gael gorchymyn, a bydd Deddf Llysoedd Ynadon 1980 yn gymwys i'r achosion.
(3) Un mis o'r dyddiad y cyflwynwyd hysbysiad i'r person sy'n dymuno apelio yw'r cyfnod y caniateir dwyn apêl ynddo o dan baragraff (1) a bernir bod gwneud achwyniad i gael gorchymyn yn gyfystyr â dwyn yr apêl at ddibenion y paragraff hwn.
(4) Pan fo llys ynadon yn dyfarnu, yn dilyn apêl o dan baragraff (1), fod penderfyniad swyddog awdurdodedig yr awdurdod gorfodi yn anghywir, rhaid i'r awdurdod roi ei effaith i ddyfarniad y llys.
