Gweithredu a gorfodi

17.—(1)  yr awdurdod sy'n gyfrifol am weithredu a gorfodi paragraff (3) o reoliad 5 yw'r awdurdod cymwys a osododd y gofyniad ar y corff rheoli o dan sylw o dan baragraff (1) o'r rheoliad hwnnw.

(2)  yr awdurdod sy'n gyfrifol am weithredu a gorfodi paragraff (8) o reoliad 9 a rheoliad 11 yw'r Asiantaeth.

(3)  yr awdurdod sy'n gyfrifol am weithredu a gorfodi rheoliad 16 yw'r awdurdod y cymerodd ei swyddog y person a wnaeth y datgeliad i'r fangre o dan sylw.

(4)  yr awdurdod sy'n gyfrifol am weithredu a gorfodi paragraff (8) o reoliad 18 yw'r awdurdod a awdurdododd y person a aeth i mewn i'r fangre ac a ddatgelodd yr wybodaeth.

(5)  yr awdurdod sy'n gyfrifol am weithredu a gorfodi rheoliad 19—

(a)pan fo'r tramgwydd yn ymwneud â gweithredu rheoliad 14, yw'r awdurdod cymwys yr aeth ei swyddog awdurdodedig ag aelod o staff awdurdod cymwys Aelod-wladwriaeth arall gydag ef;

(b)pan fo'r tramgwydd yn ymwneud â gweithredu rheoliad 15, yw'r awdurdod yr aeth ei swyddog gorfodi ag un o arbenigwyr y Comisiwn gydag ef; ac

(c)pan fo'r tramgwydd yn ymwneud â gweithredu rheoliad 18, yw'r awdurdod gorfodi perthnasol yr arferodd ei swyddog awdurdodedig bwerau o dan y rheoliad hwnnw.
