Dogfennaeth ar gyfer bwyd nad yw'n barod i gael ei werthu am y tro olaf

8.—(1) Ni chaiff neb fewnforio i Gymru, na storio na chludo at ddibenion gwerthu na gwerthu bwyd sydd wedi'i arbelydru, na bwyd sy'n cynnwys cynhwysyn wedi'i arbelydru, nad yw'n barod i'w gyflenwi i'r defnyddiwr olaf neu i sefydliadau arlwyo oni bai bod y dogfennau sy'n mynd gyda'r bwyd—

(a)yn priodoli'r gair “irradiated” neu'r geiriau “treated with ionising radiation” i'r bwyd neu'r cynhwysyn, yn ôl y digwydd; a

(b)yn cynnwys naill ai enw a chyfeiriad y cyfleuster lle gwnaed yr arbelydru, neu ei rif cyfeirnod swyddogol.

(2) Yn y rheoliad hwn—

(a)ystyr “sefydliad arlwyo” (“catering establishment”) yw bwyty, ffreutur, caffi, clwb, tafarn, ysgol, ysbyty neu sefydliad tebyg (gan gynnwys cerbyd neu stondin sefydlog neu un symudol) lle mae bwyd wedi'i baratoi, wrth gynnal busnes, i'w gyflenwi i'r defnyddiwr olaf ac yn barod i'w fwyta heb waith paratoi pellach;

(b)ystyr “defnyddiwr olaf” (“ultimate consumer”) yw unrhyw berson sy'n prynu ac eithrio—

(i)at ddibenion ailwerthu;

(ii)at ddibenion sefydliad arlwyo; neu

(iii)at ddibenion busnes gweithgynhyrchu.
