Y weithdrefn i'w dilyn pan fydd sampl i'w dadansoddi
9.—(1) Bydd swyddog awdurdodedig sydd wedi caffael sampl o dan adran 29 o'r Ddeddf ac sydd o'r farn y dylai gael ei dadansoddi yn rhannu'r sampl yn dair rhan.
(2) Os cynwysyddion wedi eu selio yw cynnwys y sampl ac y byddai eu hagor, ym marn y swyddog awdurdodedig, yn rhwystr i'w dadansoddi'n briodol, bydd y swyddog awdurdodedig yn rhannu'r sampl yn rhannau drwy rannu'r cynwysyddion yn dri lot, ac mae pob lot i'w drin fel pe bai'n rhan.
(3) Bydd y swyddog awdurdodedig —
(a)os bydd angen gwneud hynny, yn gosod pob rhan mewn cynhwysydd addas ac yn ei selio;
(b)yn marcio pob rhan neu bob cynhwysydd;
(c)cyn gynted ag y bo'n rhesymol ymarferol, yn rhoi un rhan i'r perchennog ac yn ei hysbysu'n ysgrifenedig y bydd y sampl yn cael ei dadansoddi;
(ch)yn cyflwyno un rhan i'w dadansoddi yn unol ag adran 30 o'r Ddeddf; ac
(d)yn cadw un rhan i'w chyflwyno yn y dyfodol o dan reoliad 10.
