Diwygio Rheoliadau Ychwanegion Bwyd Amrywiol 1995

3.   Ym mharagraff (1) o reoliad 2 (dehongli)—

(a) Yn y diffiniad o “carrier” a “carrier solvent”, ar ôl “miscellaneous additive,” mewnosoder “flavouring,” ;

(b) yn y diffiniad o “Directive 95/2/EC”, yn lle'r ymadrodd “and European Parliament and Council Directive 2003/114/EC” rhodder “, European Parliament and Council Directive 2003/114/EC(1) and European Parliament and Council Directive 2006/52/EC(2);”;

(c) yn y diffiniad o “Directive 96/77/EC”, yn lle'r ymadrodd “and Commission Directive 2004/45/EC”, rhodder, “Commission Directive 2004/45/EC and Commission Directive 2006/129/EC(3);”; ac

(ch) ar ôl y diffiniad o “food additive”, mewnosoder y diffiniad canlynol—

““food supplement” means a foodstuff the purpose of which is to supplement the normal diet and which is a concentrated source of vitamins or minerals or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect, alone or in combination, marketed in dose form such as capsules, pastilles, tablets, pills and other similar forms, sachets of powder, ampoules of liquids, drop-dispensing bottles, and other similar forms of liquids and powders designed to be taken in measured small unit quantities;”.
