Gofyniad i gadw cofnodion o anifeiliaid buchol

13.—(1) Nid yw'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys i ganolfan storio CE na chanolfan storio ddomestig

(2) Rhaid i filfeddyg y ganolfan neu weithredydd mangre sydd heb ei thrwyddedu wneud cofnod o'r canlynol ar gyfer pob anifail buchol a symudir i mewn i'r ganolfan neu'r fangre neu allan o'r naill le neu'r llall—

(a)ei frid;

(b)ei ddyddiad geni;

(c)y rhif y mae modd ei adnabod drwyddo yn unol â'r rheoliadau adnabod gwartheg;

(ch)pob brechiad a roddir iddo;

(d)y profion y mae wedi eu cael ar gyfer clefydau a chanlyniadau'r profion hynny; ac

(dd)unrhyw awgrym o glefyd y gall fod arno.

(3) Rhaid i filfeddyg y ganolfan neu weithredydd y fangre sydd heb ei thrwyddedu sicrhau bod y cofnodion hyn yn cael eu cadw am o leiaf ddwy flynedd o'r dyddiad y mae'r anifail buchol yn gadael y ganolfan neu'r fangre, neu'n marw yn y ganolfan neu'r fangre.
