Ymgynghori cyn gwneud gorchymyn rheoli cŵn.

3.  Cyn gwneud gorchymyn rheoli cŵn o dan adran 55 o'r Ddeddf, rhaid i Awdurdod—

(a)ymgynghori ar ei fwriad i wneud gorchymyn drwy beri cyhoeddi ar ei wefan hysbysiad—

(i)sy'n dynodi'r tir yr effeithir arno—

(aa)drwy ei ddisgrifio, a

(bb)pan fo cyfeiriad yn y gorchymyn y bwriedir ei wneud at fap, drwy gyhoeddi'r map hwnnw;

(ii)sy'n dynodi unrhyw dir mynediad a gynhwysir o fewn y tir yr effeithir arno;

(iii)sy'n gosod i lawr effaith cyffredinol gwneud y gorchymyn y bwriedir ei wneud;

(iv)sy'n datgan y cyfnod a roddir i wneud sylwadau yn ysgrifenedig neu drwy e-bost (sy'n gyfnod nad yw'n llai na 28 o ddiwrnodau o'r dyddiad pan gaiff yr hysbysiad ei gyhoeddi gyntaf yn unol â'r paragraff hwn);

(v)sy'n datgan y cyfeiriad a'r cyfeiriad e-bost lle dylid anfon y sylwadau;

(b)pan fo hynny'n ymarferol, peri i hysbysiadau o fath y mae'n eu hystyried yn ddigonol gael eu harddangos mewn mannau amlwg ar y tir yr effeithir arno neu gerllaw iddo i dynnu sylw aelodau o'r cyhoedd sy'n defnyddio'r tir hwnnw at effaith gwneud y gorchymyn y bwriedir ei wneud.
