Mae newidiadau yn dal heb eu gwneud i Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion sy'n Dod o Anifeiliaid (Mewnforion Trydydd Gwledydd) (Cymru) 2007. Mae unrhyw newidiadau sydd wedi cael eu gwneud yn barod gan y tîm yn ymddangos yn y cynnwys a chyfeirir atynt gydag anodiadau.
Changes to Legislation
Nid yw newidiadau ac effeithiau sydd eto i'w gwneud gan y tîm golygyddol ond yn berthnasol wrth edrych ar y fersiwn ddiweddaraf neu fersiwn ragolygol o ddeddfwriaeth. Felly, nid oes modd eu gweld wrth edrych ar ddeddfwriaeth fel y mae ar bwynt penodol mewn amser. (b)Cyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 72/462/EEC ar broblemau iechyd a phroblemau archwiliadau milfeddygol wrth fewnforio anifeiliaid o deulu'r fuwch ac o deulu'r mochyn a chig ffres neu gynhyrchion cig o drydydd gwledydd (OJ Rhif L302, 31.12.72, t.28, fel y'i diwygiwyd ddiwethaf gan Reoliad y Cyngor (EC) Rhif 1452/2001, OJ Rhif L198, 21.7.2001, t. 11);
(c)Pennod III o Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 92/45/EEC ar broblemau iechyd y cyhoedd ac iechyd anifeiliaid sy'n ymwneud â lladd anifeiliaid hela gwyllt a gosod cig anifeiliaid hela gwyllt ar y farchnad (OJ Rhif L268, 14.9.92, t.35) fel y'i diwygiwyd ddiwethaf gan yr Act Ymaelodi (gweler paragraff 3 o Ran V o Atodlen 1); neu
(ch)Pennod 11 o Atodiad I i Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 92/118/EEC sy'n gosod gofynion iechyd anifeiliaid ac iechyd y cyhoedd sy'n llywodraethu'r fasnach yn y Gymuned mewn cynhyrchion nad ydynt yn ddarostyngedig i'r gofynion a enwyd, sef gofynion a osodwyd mewn rheolau Cymunedol penodol y cyfeirir atynt yn Atodiad A(1) i Gyfarwyddeb 89/662/EEC ac, o ran pathogenau, i Gyfarwyddeb 90/425/EEC, fel y'i diwygiwyd ddiwethaf gan Reoliad y Comisiwn (EC) Rhif 445/2004 (OJ Rhif L72, 11.3.2004, t. 60), ac yn llywodraethu eu mewnforio iddi,
fydd—
(i)30 ewro;
(ii)5 ewro fesul tunnell o'r llwyth; neu
(iii)cost wirioneddol y gwiriadau milfeddygol a gyflawnwyd ar y llwyth,
p'un bynnag yw'r mwyaf.
