45.—(1) Ni chaiff neb gyflwyno cynnyrch y mae'r Rhan hon yn gymwys iddo i Gymru, na rhoi cynnyrch o'r fath gerbron mewn safle arolygu ar y ffin ar gyfer cyrchfan yng Nghymru, oni bai bod y milfeddyg swyddogol y rhoddwyd hysbysiad iddo, yn unol â rheoliad 17, o gyflwyno neu o roi'r cynnyrch gerbron, wedi'i hysbysu—
(a)a oes bwriad i fewnforio'r cynnyrch yn y pen draw;
(b)onid oes, a yw'n gynnyrch tramwy, neu'n gynnyrch y mae ei sefydliad cyrchfan yn gyfrwng cludo mordwyol trawsffiniol; ac
(c)sut bynnag, a yw'r cynnyrch yn cydymffurfio â'r amodau mewnforio.
(2) Rhaid i'r wybodaeth ym mharagraff (1) gael ei rhoi yn ysgrifenedig a chaniateir ei chynnwys yn yr hysbysiad o gyflwyno'r cynnyrch neu o'i roi gerbron a roddwyd yn unol â rheoliad 17.
