Mae newidiadau yn dal heb eu gwneud i Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion sy'n Dod o Anifeiliaid (Mewnforion Trydydd Gwledydd) (Cymru) 2007. Mae unrhyw newidiadau sydd wedi cael eu gwneud yn barod gan y tîm yn ymddangos yn y cynnwys a chyfeirir atynt gydag anodiadau.
Changes to Legislation
Nid yw newidiadau ac effeithiau sydd eto i'w gwneud gan y tîm golygyddol ond yn berthnasol wrth edrych ar y fersiwn ddiweddaraf neu fersiwn ragolygol o ddeddfwriaeth. Felly, nid oes modd eu gweld wrth edrych ar ddeddfwriaeth fel y mae ar bwynt penodol mewn amser. Er mwyn gweld yr wybodaeth 'Newidiadau i Ddeddfwriaeth' ar gyfer y ddarpariaeth hon ewch yn ôl i'r fersiwn ddiweddaraf gan ddefnyddio'r opsiynau yn y blwch 'Pa Fersiwn' uchod.
Symud cynhyrchion tramwyLL+C
42.—(1) Ni chaiff neb symud cynnyrch tramwy o'r safle arolygu ar y ffin ar gyfer dod i mewn na pheri iddo gael ei symud oni bai bod y person sy'n gyfrifol dros y cynnyrch wedi rhoi ymrwymiad ysgrifenedig i'r milfeddyg swyddogol yno y bydd yn dilyn ac yn cyflawni gofynion rheoliad 43.
(2) Pan fydd cynnyrch tramwy yn cael ei gludo, ar unrhyw adeg ar ôl ei symud o safle arolygu ar y ffin ar gyfer dod i mewn, drwy Gymru ar hyd ffordd, rheilffordd, dyfrffordd neu drwy'r awyr—
(a)rhaid i'r person sy'n gyfrifol dros y cynnyrch tramwy ac unrhyw gludydd sydd â gofal drosto am y tro sicrhau ei fod yn cael ei gludo mewn cerbyd neu gynhwysydd sydd wedi'i selio gan y Comisiynwyr neu gan yr awdurdodau milfeddygol sy'n gyfrifol am y safle arolygu ar y ffin ar gyfer dod i mewn, bod ei ddogfennau gofynnol, unrhyw gyfieithiadau sy'n ofynnol o dan reoliad 18(4) a'i ddogfen fynediad filfeddygol gyffredin yn mynd gydag ef i'r safle arolygu ar y ffin ar gyfer ymadael, a hynny o dan oruchwyliaeth y Comisiynwyr yn unol â'r weithdrefn tramwy allanol y cyfeirir ati yn Erthyglau 91 i 97 o'r Cod Tollau;
(b)ni chaiff neb—
(i)torri'r seliau ar y cerbyd neu'r cynhwysydd y mae'r cynnyrch tramwy yn cael ei gludo ynddo;
(ii)dadlwytho'r cynnyrch tramwy;
(iii)hollti'r llwyth na'r rhanlwyth sy'n cynnwys y cynnyrch tramwy; na
(iv)peri i'r cynnyrch tramwy gael ei drafod mewn unrhyw fodd; ac
(c)rhaid i'r person sy'n gyfrifol dros y cynnyrch tramwy ac unrhyw gludydd sydd â gofal drosto am y tro sicrhau ei fod yn ymadael â thiriogaeth dollau'r Gymuned wrth y safle arolygu ar y ffin ar gyfer ymadael heb fod yn hwy na 30 o ddiwrnodau ar ôl ei symud o'r safle arolygu ar y ffin ar gyfer dod i mewn (heb gynnwys dyddiad ei symud).
(3) Ni chaiff neb gyflwyno cynnyrch tramwy i barth rhydd, warws rydd na warws dollau yng Nghymru.
