Hysbysiadau yn unol ag Erthyglau 18 a 19 o Reoliad 882/2004 (mewnforio bwyd anifeiliaid a bwyd o drydydd gwledydd)

30.—(1) Os bydd swyddog awdurdodedig i awdurdod gorfodi yn bwriadu gosod llwyth o fwyd anifeiliaid neu fwyd yng nghadw yn swyddogol o dan Erthygl 18 neu 19(1) o Reoliad 882/2004, rhaid i'r swyddog gyflwyno hysbysiad i'r perwyl hwnnw i weithredydd y busnes bwyd anifeiliaid neu weithredydd y busnes bwyd, yn ôl y digwydd, sy'n gyfrifol am y bwyd anifeiliaid hwnnw neu'r bwyd, ar ôl i'r swyddog wrando ar weithredydd y busnes bwyd anifeiliaid hwnnw neu weithredydd y busnes bwyd hwnnw fel y darperir ar ei gyfer yn Erthygl 19.

(2) Os bydd swyddog awdurdodedig i awdurdod gorfodi yn dymuno cymryd unrhyw un o'r mesurau y cyfeirir atynt yn Erthygl 19(1)(a) a (b) o Reoliad 882/2004 mewn perthynas â bwyd anifeiliaid neu fwyd, rhaid i'r swyddog gyflwyno hysbysiad i'r perwyl hwnnw i weithredydd y busnes bwyd anifeiliaid neu weithredydd y busnes bwyd, yn ôl y digwydd, sy'n gyfrifol am y bwyd anifeiliaid hwnnw neu'r bwyd hwnnw, ar ôl i'r swyddog wrando ar weithredydd y busnes bwyd anifeiliaid hwnnw neu weithredydd y busnes bwyd hwnnw fel y darperir ar ei gyfer yn Erthygl 19.

(3) Os bydd swyddog awdurdodedig i awdurdod gorfodi yn dymuno arfer unrhyw un o'r pwerau y cyfeirir atynt yn Erthygl 19(2) o Reoliad 882/2004 mewn perthynas â bwyd anifeiliaid neu fwyd, rhaid i'r swyddog gyflwyno hysbysiad i'r perwyl hwnnw i weithredydd y busnes bwyd anifeiliaid neu fwyd, yn ôl y digwydd, sy'n gyfrifol am y bwyd anifeiliaid neu'r bwyd hwnnw.
